The club is now in its fifth year at Barrow Scout Hut.
Meetings: Saturdays:
9.30am for beginners
10.30am for intermediates
11.30am for adult beginners

Sundays:
9.45am: Karate for 5 - 7 yrs
10.30am: Children extra training
11.30am: Adults and advanced grades

In 2005, the annual inter-club competition with Leicester Shotokan produced an impressive 15 trophies.
In December, 18-year-old Henry Bellinger became the club's first member to gain the coveted Black Belt (1st Dan).
