Existing Library Building at Welcombe Avenue
New Library Site
New Library to be sited on the area of the car park at the entrance to the Braunstone Civic Centre. Building work started February 2007.
Week One of Library Works
At the end of week one - 16th February, work had commenced on providing the extra car parking spaces to the Welcombe Avenue side of the Civic Centre.

The Chairman of Leicestershire County Council, Barry Garner, with the Leader and Deputy Leader of Braunstone Town Council, and local school children.
