WILLIAM WARD Gave twenty shillings per annum to the poor out of a Close call’d the Town Close lying on the north side of the Glebe Close, the said Town Close Then in the possession of WILLm BURDET Rector

HENRY COLEMAN Clerk Gave ten pounds the use thereof to buy Bibles to be disposed of by the Minister every Easter Monday: the Poorer Children reading for them with the Approbation of the neighbours.

The said HENRY COLEMAN Gave five pounds the use thereof to be given to six of the poorest widows every Easter Monday.

HENRY TALLIS Gave ten pounds for the use of the poor.

ALICE MOORE Gave fourty [sic] shillings the use thereof to be given in bread to the poor every Easter Monday

JOHN WOODWARD Gave twenty shillings for the use of the poor

ELEANOR COLEMAN Gave twenty shillings for the use of the poor

THE FREEHOLDERS OF BURTON OVERY Gave five pound ten shills, the price of a parcell [sic] of land call’d PENNYMAN GREEN for the use of the poor for ever.

JOHN OSWIN Gave ten pounds the use thereof to be given to the poor on St John’s Day

ALICE QUICK of Boston in New England Gave ten pounds for the use of the poor
