Have you ever been a victim of identity fraud or theft?

If so, we are interested in speaking to you to understand your experiences in order to work with the industry to identify ways of improving the response to identity fraud.

Are you willing to spare some of your time to speak to our team of independent researchers at Perpetuity Research and Consultancy International - a company attached to the University of Leicester?

If so we would like to hear from you. All responses will be treated in the strictest confidence and anonymity is guaranteed.
