Cremations may take place at either Kettering or Gilroes in Leicester.
Kettering Crematorium opened on 5 May 1940 and information can be obtained from the Crematorium, East Lodge, Rothwell Road, Kettering NN16 8XE.
Gilroes Crematorium is in Gilroes Cemetery, Groby Road, Leicester. Records exist from 1902 and can be accessed through Leicester City Council, New Walk Centre, Welford Place, Leicester LE1 6ZG. Searches can be made in person or by request and there is a charge
