K'Nex at Enderby Library (October 2007)

Following instructions to make a car

As part of family learning week 2007, Enderby library held a free event for families to use K'Nex together.

Martin Pantling from Adult learning services came along and led the event. Together families learned some helpful teamwork skills and had an excellent time learning to use K'nex and improving their creative skills.

The morning's activities culminated in each family building a rocket of their own design. Several excellent rockets were made and one lucky family won a family ticket for 5 to go to the Space Centre. Second prize was a book and CD of stories.
