Fleckney History Group

The group organises speakers, outings, special events, projects and a museum in Fleckney Library.

A current award winning project is to digitise photographs and documents for long term storage and to enable access to them via the Internet,( History Group Archive).

Speakers are at the Fleckney Village Hall on the second Thursday in the month, except July and August, and the talks start at 7.45 pm.

We welcome all visitors @ £2.00 per person per meeting. The entry fee includes refreshments. Members have access to these meetings free of charge.

The membership fee, due in February, is £10 for the year 2007.

Please note: The talks at the “Golden Shield” are not organised by “Fleckney History Group”. The details are provided for information purposes only.
