The police in Leicestershire are using the latest state of the art technology to tackle thieves and people involved in handling stolen goods.

Three Chief Constables are supporting a charity bike ride in memory of two Leicestershire officers who died in the line of duty – two of them will be cycling the first 'leg.'

According to the Fostering Network a child comes into care every 22 minutes across the UK.

Children need foster carers following a family crisis, if their parents become ill or if their family home is unsafe. This could involving caring for them for anything from a few days right though to the rest of their childhood.
