Yoga at Hallaton

On Thursday evening an air of peace and tranquillity descends on the Stenning Hall as the Hallaton Yoga Class enjoy a series of gentle stretches, postures and breathing techniques.

The class includes men and women of all ages from teens to grandparents. People of all ages and levels of fitness are welcome.

Celia Herrick leads the class. Celia is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals. She has taught classes locally for many years, and also seminars for the Leicestershire Yoga Circle, and Yoga holidays in Greece.
