Parish Plan

The Parish Plan for Harby gives everyone in the Parish the opportunity to identify their needs and help to shape the future of the Parish. The questionnaire has been prepared by a group of people who volunteered following an open meeting set up by the Parish Council. The work has been carried out under the guidance of the Rural Community Council (Leicestershire & Rutland).

If you live in the Parish please log onto the questionnaire by clicking on the appropriate link below, enter the unique access key supplied to you and answer the questions. You do not have to complete the questionnaire in one attempt. You can partially complete it and return to finish it on another occasion, as long as you enter the same unique code each time.
