Kibworth Beauchamp is adjacent to the main A6 road between Leicester and Market Harborough. Now the Rothwell & Desborough bypass is completed Kibworth is the only village between the A14 and Loughborough that has not been bypassed. Our bypass seems a long way off and in the meantime the road has received a makeover.

The speed limit on the A6 has been reduced to 40 mph on the approaches and is 30 mph through the residential areas - please respect these limits. Speeding will only save a few seconds on your journey and may cost someone their life, at the least it degrades our environment.

The roads into and out of the village centre are generally narrow and, nearer to the centre, are naturally used as parking areas for residents and shoppers. Please take care in negotiating the village centre and if it is full use the car parks which are well signposted. Please do not park in a manner that could cause a hazard to pedestrians and other road users.
