PART-EXCHANGE IS STRESS-FREE WAY TO A BETTER HOME AT DAVID WILSON EAST MIDLANDS

IF you’re trying to move up the property ladder but haven’t been able to find a buyer for your current house, David Wilson East Midlands could smooth the way with their best ever part-exchange offer.

David Wilson has been offering the scheme for more than 30 years and thousands of buyers have already taken advantage of it. It is now available with an added incentive on homes at their Bradgate Heights, Chestnuts, Mulberry Gardens, Scholars Grange and Kibworth Meadows developments in Leicester. More »

 David Wilson will buy your current home so that you are free to buy one of their brand new homes.

 As an additional incentive, David Wilson is now offering to give you up to £1,000 a month towards your mortgage until January 2010.

 You will be able to move quickly without the hassle of a chain.

 You can stay in your old property right up until your new one is ready.

There’s no hassle, no estate agent fees and you won’t have to arrange your HIPs.
