» KilbyListed Buildings![]() The oldest buildings in the village are 17th century. Part of the Dog and Gun, which is still thriving and The Black Swan, which has been turned into a private house, date back to this time. In 1980 Blaby District listed a number of buildings, The Old Bakery, Manor Farm, 2 & 4 Main Street, Limes Farm, Church of St Magdalene, and the Church of St Batholomew, Foston (In the parish of Kilby) ![]() The Old Barn situated behind the churchyard is believed to be of considerable historical interest. This has now been sold by the County Council for a Barn conversion after many years of use as a cattleshed Last Updated Tue, 21 Mar, 2006. |
