Kirby Muxloe Library![]() Quest Seekers
Quest Seekers is the summer reading challenge for 2009. It is for children aged 4-12 years and gives them the chance to collect fantastic rewards, whilst enjoying reading over the summer. You can join at the library for FREE from 4th July. The scheme runs until 12th September. Children need to visit the library 3 times over the summer and read or listen to 6 books. Rewards include a bookmark, dragon model, colour changing felt tip pen and certificate. Children also collect fantastic scratch and sniff stickers as they progress through the stages of the challenge. Wriggly Readers
Join us on the second Monday of each month at 2:15pm and the last Saturday of each month at 11am at the library. Family Reading GroupKirby Muxloe's Family Reading Group started in January 2009 and is held on the last Saturday of each month. For 4-7 year olds and their parents/carers, we have fun with stories and books to encourage a life long love of reading. Keep a look out here for some of our activities and art work.
