CONNECTING COMMUNITIES TV

Tuesday 13th May 2003 saw the launch of the East Midlands first community based web 'TV ' station with a range of channels covering local arts, heritage and culture.

Based at in Loughborough at Charnwood Arts this new facility is one of the few of it's kind at a community level anywhere in the world. The new service offers the opportunity for budding film makers and complete beginners to make films about the the people and places where they live.
