Beat surgery at Outwards Edge Primary School
Officers from the Outwards and Forest Road policing team will be attending a beat meeting at Outwards Edge Primary School with Haddon Way Residents Association on July 1 2009.
Residents are invited to come along and meet their local officers and discuss any local policing issues they may have.

A Concert in Loughborough All Saints Parish Church at 7.30pm directed by Kenneth Woods. The concert starts with Haydn’s Symphony No. 60, nicknamed ‘Il Distratto’ – ‘The Absent Minded Man’, one of the most popular and original works by Haydn, full of humour and surprises. This is followed by a major work by British composer Philip Sawyers, his Symphony No. 2; only the second performance in Britain. The concert ends with Beethoven’s 4th Symphony.

Saltmine Trust Theatre Group
The Saltmine Trust, a Christian theatre group, will be performing 'Finding God in Unexpected Places' on Saturday 11th July 2009, at Loughborough United Reformed Church on Frederick Street. The performance starts at 7.30. Tickets are priced at £5, including refreshements, and are available on the door. Everyone welcome.

Leicestershire Waste Partnership are offering residents the chance to find out how useful food waste digesters are.
A Workshop is being held at Loughborough Town Hall. Saturday 25th July 10am-12noon. Ring The Waste Policy Team on (0116) 3057288 to book your place.
Different units will be on display, including Green Cones, Green Johannas, Wormeries, and Bokashi Bins and are on offer at hugely discounted prices! Experts will be on hand to give advice about each unit and recommend which one would suit you best.
