ServicesEACH SUNDAY :- Evening Worship at 6pm. ![]() Inside View of Sanctuary Market Bosworth Free Church is situated in Barton Road, some 50 metres from the Post Office. To the rear of the Church is a cottage, known as Chapel House, which has been converted to small meeting rooms. Each Wednesday morning from 10am till noon we hold our 'Coffee Chat' when many friends meet informally to do just that. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other and to share our fellowship with both locals and visitors. The Church was originally a Baptist Chapel but became unused in the mid 1930s until the Free Church was formed in 1947. There being no Non-Conformist Churches in Market Bosworth at that time, a group of Christians decided to form themselves into a body known as the Free Church. They renovated the then derelict building and have since purchased Chapel House to the rear of the Church. An annexe to the Church is being built on land, previously part of Chapel House, and at present the funds are still being raised for this. This new building is essential to our continuing children's and young peoples groups. ![]() Meeting Room in Chapel House Last Updated Sun, 15 Jun, 2008. |
