After a frantic effort we managed to get all of the Adult Questionnaires onto the computer by the end of June and we received our first results for analysis at our July meeting. We have now shared out the different sections and we will be carrying out a detailed review of these.

Initial findings indicate that he majority of residence think that there is a good or excellent community spirit in Narborough and Littlethorpe and they enjoy living there. However this does not mean that there are no issues or concerns. Traffic problems seem to be high on most people’s list with speed cars and thoughtless parking being the main problems. Dog mess and litter also seemed to feature as a major annoyance on many of your responses.

On a positive note most residents feel safe in the villages with some concerns being expressed about groups of young people hanging around particularly after dark. Some elder residence seemed to be particularly intimidated by this On the other hand many of you recognised that the main cause of much of the anti-social behaviour was the general lack of facilities for teenagers.

We are still loading the Youth Questionnaire onto the computer and hope to have these completed and the first result to be available in time for you next meeting. Manu of you expressed an interested in participating in various activities and have asked us to contact you with more details. We will get round to doing this. However at present we are a small group with lots to do and we would very much welcome any additional assistance with the tasks ahead. Parish Plan Steering Group Minutes

• There are no formal minutes for the meetings on 1st April or 6th May 2008. The first was spent sorting the Adult Questionnaires into rounds for distribution to the delivery volunteers. The second meeting collated the returned questionnaires and shared them out for entry into the RCC computer.
