• We are a member of the Leicestershire and Rutland Neighbourhood Watch. All our representatives and the co-ordinator all give their time freely without making any charge even for telephone calls or paper etc. We are proud of this achievement. Another Neighbourhood Watch Group operates in Leicestershire which makes a charge for membership. Unlike ourselves it is not part of the National Neighbourhood Watch.

• Our objectives are to act as a link between the residents of the village, other Watch Groups, the Police and Internet crime.

• We would like you to be our eyes and ears, so please contact us so we can tell everyone else.

• It is not just about information on crime it is much more. It is also a self help group for all residents. Lost and Found items are dealt with. Internet scams. Nuisance Telephone calls and scams. Keeping an eye on neighbours property. Collecting prescriptions from the Chemist.

• The Team keeps the Village Welcome Pack up to date and visits newcomers to the village [this only works if residents let us know that their new neighbour has moved in]

• Information we consider may safeguard you or your property is sent by email. These emails will not show your address to anyone else.

• The mailing list now contains over 90 people who are being kept up to date
