Newtown Linford Toddler Group
Newtown Linford Toddler Group is a friendly local group who welcome all parents and carers and their children. We cater for all ages from babies to toddlers and pre-schoolers. It's not just mum's who come either, we have dad's, grandma's and nanny's! So why not drop in if you are at a loose end on a Thursday morning.
The group runs during term time in the infant classroom at the back of Newtown Linford Primary School on Main Street. It is on Thursday's from 10.30 to 11.50am. We get to use the classroom when the school children are out doing other activities. See below for meeting dates.
We have lots to play with and different toys and games and puzzles. We do a craft activity every week and stop for a snack and a drink. If the weather is fine we are able to use the playground, which is great for outdoor play. There is also singing or nursery rhymes to finish.
The group is now run by a rota of mums who bring the coffee, do an activity with the children and read a story. If you would like any further information about the group please phone Philipa on 01530 249792.
