NHS Consultation

The Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland Strategic Health Authority and Configuration of NHS Ambulance Trusts in England are in the process of consulting with the public in Leicestershire. The consultation relates to the structure of the NHS ambulance trusts, Primary Care Trusts and a single Strategic Health Authority for the East Midlands. This is your opportunity to express your views.

The 14-week consultation period begins on 14 December 2005 and ends on 22 March 2006. Trent Strategic Health Authority and Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland SHA will be inviting responses from individuals and organisations during this time and will be contacting staff, patient representative groups, Trade Unions, NHS organisations, local authorities, universities, voluntary organisations, overview and scrutiny committees, MPs and the media, among others to seek their views.
