If you are resident in North Kilworth, please complete the Parish Plan
questionnaire it is designed give The Parish Council and other organisations
data that can be used to provide a profile of the village that covers
expectations of how we want our community to develop over the next twenty
years. There are sections dealing with services, policing, health,
facilities for children and the young, social support, traffic, planning,
public transport, business services, recreation and sport.

These consultations carry great weight with Harborough District Council and
other authorities as they represent a comprehensive analysis of villagers’
expectations and wishes. All the responses will be collated to provide an
overview which will have a significant bearing on future developments in the
village with regard to – for instance – planning issues, additional housing,
social facilities. The Parish Council is the representative parent body for
this work but it is stressed that any results are perceived as those of the
community. Complete anonymity is maintained with regard to any feedback and there is no question of individual respondents’ views being made available,unless of course they give their consent.

The aim is to process the results over the Christmas and so allow feedback
in January next year. Results will used to form the basis of the North
Kilworth Parish Plan that will be published as soon as possible thereafter.

it will not be possible to complete it. Paper questionnaires must be
returned to the Parish Plan Group or The Parish Council by December 14th
2002.
