Peckleton

Welcome to Peckleton

Mrs.Joan Mosk (pictured right) and her friend Jane outside Peckleton Church on Saturday September 10th last as they prepare to cycle off in the annual Leicestershire Historic Churches Ride & Stride.
Leicester Chiropodist, this was Mrs. Mosk's twentieth ride, during which she has raised thousands of pounds for the Trust and for Peckleton Church.
This year they visited nineteen churches. More were not open than usual, but Peckleton Church was open to receive visitors.
Church members also used the opportunity to clean the church, which is home to a colony of bats.
