SCHOOL STREET

The property in School Street is a house dated 1779. It is built of red brick with a Swithland slate roof, hipped to the left with brick end stacks. It has two storeys of two 8/8 sash windows with gauged brick lintels. There is a central 6-panelled door with glazed upper lights, overlight and slated canopy. A 1-light window is in the extension under the hipped section of the roof to the left.
Over the door is a slate tablet inscribed 1779.
