POSTCARD ALBUM-THE NATIONAL SCHOOL IN ROTHLEY

In 1995 work started on restoring the National School in School Street, Rothley and this Postcard Album starts with copies of historical documents, then old photographs of staff and children and, finally, a photographic record of the restoration.

Now called the Old School Rooms it is a lovely venue in the heart of Rothley village.

Lath and plaster ceiling being taken out, timbers examined and a new passageway created. January 1996
