Swinford Housing Needs Survey Report
The survey was conducted in order to obtain clear evidence of the housing need in the village of Swinford. This evidence can then be used to inform the District Housing Strategy and provide clarity on what type and tenure of housing is required to meet local needs.
The report was carried out by the The Leicestershire Rural Housing Enabler in conjunction with Swinford Parish Council in February 2006. The full report is available in the following Word document.
