Bagworth and Thornton Parish Plan Questionnaire

Dear Resident,

This is a questionnaire for the people of Bagworth and Thornton. The Bagworth and Thornton Parish Plan Questionnaire has been prepared by the Parish Plan Steering Group, who are all local volunteers, with the help of the Rural Community Council (Leicestershire and Rutland, to address the current and future needs of Bagworth and Thornton. It is designed so that issues very important to residents of Bagworth and Thornton can be identified to help highlight the levels of support local residents have for the provision of our services.

This is your chance to have an input into the provision of our services – don’t let this opportunity slip away!

Information to help you complete your questionnaire:

 Ideally we should like every adult in the house to complete a questionnaire. Similarly every teenager and child should complete a questionnaire, although younger children may require help to express their own views.
 There is also a questionnaire for businesses.
 If you have difficulty in completing your questionnaire yourself, speak to the person who delivers it and we can arrange for someone to assist you.
 The serial number is not related to a house or name but ensures that we print enough questionnaires for everybody, and also allows those with internet access to complete their questionnaire online (which is more cost-efficient).

How to complete the Questionnaire
Please logon, enter your unique access number (located at the top of the first page of the questionnaire), and complete online. If you do have access to the internet it will help the project enormously by saving both inputting time and money for the group, meaning there will be more money to spend on the things you want for your village. If you do complete online please DO NOT fill out and return the paper version but do remember to return the contact sheet to the Parish Plan Group.
