The Rose and Crown Pub, Main Street, Thurnby (part of the Everard's Brewery chain (est. 1849) was almost completely destroyed by fire during the night of the 30th November 2004 ![]() The Rose and Crown after being rebuilt Following the fire an extensive rebuilding programme was carried out. The pub was officially re-opened by Mr. Richard Everard on the 6th December 2005 ![]() This is a pen and ink drawing of the Rose and Crown circa 1938.
