Petanque Club

Petanque is a form of boules where the object is to throw a metal ball as close a spossible to a small wooden ball or jack.

The Petanque Club is based at the Rose and Crown. During Summer, the club has two teams involved in two separate leagues, the Rutland league on Tuesday and Leicestershire league on Wednesday. New members are always welcome and the boules themselves can be borrowed.
